During the mediation between landlord and tenant we strive to maintain a fair and impartial position. Our main goal is to provide a perfect mediation between landlord and tenant and to get a positive result for both landlord and tenant; For the tenant we try to find a suitable accommodation fitting the description proposed and accepted in the process prior to the rental of the property. On the other hand our target is to find a fitting tenant for the property of the landlord.
In order to reach a ‘fair deal’ for both parties, we ask the tenant as well as the landlord to abide by the rules set in the tenancy agreement. In the agreement the rights and obligations of the tenant and the landlord are determined. It states amongst other things that the tenant is obligated to rent the accommodation according to the standards set in the agreement and accepted prior to the lease. Furthermore the tenant has to pay the rent on time and is obligated to treat the accommodation with respect. The landlord in turn is obligated to transfer the house at the start of the renting period, in the state that was proposed in the agreement. The warranty paid by the tenant is reserved in an independent foundation. At the end of the lease contract the transaction will be made. Additionally, it is good to know that you have the convenience at BWE of flexible renting periods. Shorter lease contracts are also possible after consultation with the landlord and with respect to the term of notice set in the tenancy agreement.

Price indication: between €750, – and €1100, – per month
• Accommodation for two persons with two bedrooms; perfect for two colleagues or a small family

• Multiple persons who don’t live in a family relation; for instance several colleagues
Price indication: between €300, – and €500, – per month
